#1 Post by trekxor » 20 Dec 2012 15:33

The rear bogie on powder tankers seems to be too narrow

Please post a screenshot depicting exactly what you mean.
If you spotted differences between the game models and real vehicles, please indicate it graphically, in a way that SCS team can understand what is the problem, if any. Feel free to add images or real models with clear indications of the involved elements.
Retired, but still loving it.

Real world trailer

hope this is conclusive, I don't have the means to "open" the in game model and check but most trucks and trailers of this type are 2.5 meters wide, the cement /powder bulker just doesn't look right.

Funnily enough I posted about the asymmetric wheel offset of the powder tanker (and low loaders) in the bug tracker yesterday, I also mentioned the width too showing it parallel next to a kerb which clearly show the overall width of the bogie to the outer edges of the tyres is ~0.6m to narrow relative to the trucks pulling it

Hello,

Noticed that too...Hose-housing is too offset (and why only one on the right side and not one on the left side too?)
