[Not exactly a bug] Rain is too abrupt

I really love that SCS has redone how the rain looks and how long the raindrops linger on the windows, but it starts raining way to suddenly. For example, I was just taking a job and the weather was nice and sunny, and out of nowhere rain starts to fall and the sky quickly turns gray
