Mercedes Special Transport Paint Job [NOT A BUG]

Game version 1.27.2.3s with the Heavy Cargo DLC with an unmodded profile.

The Mercedes New Actros "Special Transport" Paint job is lacking some customizability compared to its Volvo/Scania counterparts, you cannot change the "stripes" part of it.
The thumbnail/icon and resource name is also different.
The paint job in question seems to be

This is an intentional thing, not a bug. Mercedes is metallic in contrast with Scania and Volvo.
