Yes the map is 1.1 scale, the roads you see are not yet been worked on , just mapped right now.

We are also going to use assets, prefabs etc from promods to make the map as detailed as possible

Ooooo a new Map Project Can't wait to see this as i tried it out before (Standard Version) ;) Looking forward to seeing more :D

Does this mean that promods is required to use your map? Or are the prefabs from promods included in your files so that I don't have to install promods?

You would have to install ProMods as ProMods doesn’t allow their files to be repackaged.

It a bad idea to use promods assets as a lot of players doesn't use that. It is a very heavy install to keep in the mod folder for just some map models. Try to use only SCS map models, together with stuff you make yourself. If you use stuff from other map mods you are always dependant on them for every game update and as we all know promods takes time to get their stuff up to speed sometimes ;)

I have to admit that if this requires Promods then, like I’ve had to do for some other map mods that really interest me, I will have to pass on it. Pity.

Without the assets of ProMods, you can not have a quality like show in the latest images. SCS has not re-done anything yet in the UK, so without that, you can not do anything (except something with a bad quality). This is the truth, and if someone did not believe that, try to map yourself just with what SCS does in other countries, you will not continue a long time 8-) After sure, it look a lot of stuff just for a standalone map, not an addon like others do.

Well, I'm not impressed. The only thing that I've seen so far that is somewhat Brittish are those last two pics with the terrace houses. I checked like 10 of the videos and they all just displayed 95% green emptiness :roll:

Let me quickly introduce myself and how I have supported this project bringing it to a much higher standard. So I decided to join their discord and Chopworld saw that I am Tregion developer and asked if I wanted to check out the map. I said yes and I saw the huge potential in the project, although the quality at that time was I will be honest completely low the team was really open for ideas. I said why not restart the project using PM assets, using PM assets was baisically our only option. Although I personally will only be doing very little mapping there as Tregion and Portugal 1:8 are my priority I shall support the team to make it even better :D .
