what does road connection exactly means? for example I couldnt get a job from Poland to Romania?

Road connection (RC) is a special fix for players that use other maps, to connect roads with those maps together.
RC must be made for maps that you use eg. RC for PM+RM will not work with PM+PR+RM maps etc.

May someone rebuild the Polish-Slovak border crossings by the way, before the authors of SCS and/or ProMods would do it for two or few years. This is important because it is necessary to renew and rebuild the map textures with groups that are very old with the renewal of Polish road signs.
