[REL][WIP] ScandinaviaMod ProMods map add-on v0.4 for 1.32.x

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

I don't think you have any idea how long it takes to work on a project like this, and you have asked before so please stop asking about release dates

WIP on E18 Oslo-Kristiansand
This part is new E18 Arendal-Tvedestrand highway that opened in July 2019
Arendal will also be a new city to visit between Oslo and Kristiansand

Sounds more like a location in Skyrim, with the usual guards going on about how they used to be an explorer like you, until they took an arrow to the knee hahaha
Has anyone ever been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
