Edit: While trying multiple ideas I mistakenly removed the config.txt inside of io_scs_tools (I previously keept that file only) and it seems to have resolved the issue.

I have similar problems as the two previous posts. I cannot load models into Blender using ConverterPIXWrapper. A few days ago everything worked fine. I use Blender via Steam (current version: 2.83.1 LTS). In this context I wanted to ask if ConvertPIXWrapper is independent from the Blender version. So is it ok that I keep Blender via Steam always up to date or should I use a standalone version of Blender and update it manually only when necessary (according to a potential ConverterPIXWrapper update)?

I'm sorry if this is a strange question. I'm new to Blender and I'm just trying to familiarize myself with this infinite amount of information.

Weird. It works again from one day to the other. I haven't done anything. I haven't changed anything. I just rebooted the computer. IT life can be so simple.
