Re: This mission style should be implemented into ETS2/ATS
I read what he wrote, yes! He wants to turn ATS (I don't care about ETS2) into an STDS clone only with American trucks. No, thanks! If he wants difficulty with parking on ATS, he can simply choose "Where do you want it?" in the game settings, so no need to destroy ATS.

obviously you DIDNT
he wants the challenges implemented into the games to make it more a sim and not a STDS with Kennwort or Peterbilt
but discussing with you is pointless, stick with your game and leave us, who want improvements, alone, why do you even bother to replay to it is beyond me

Yes, the idea to have intro section for new profiles perhaps where basic parking and driving could be achieved... in both games... mainly with a trailer. in a large parking lot.
My WoT
Show trucks are working trucks, they simply do the same job in a slightly more noticeable and stylish fashion.

We would need a truck driving school in the game.
The Train Simulator also has the TS Academy.

The driving school could also be a part of the tutorial that you can do when starting a new profile, so before even starting your first delivery you would first do challenges like in STDS. And if you want to do it again you could do so with a button in the menu window.

That I can agree with only if they make an option to disable driving school.oggich wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018 14:20
About that; Maybe this would be better understandable;
At level 1;when you start out a new profile;no truck and 1 space garage; THEN game deploys the "Driver school",let's put it like that. And after driver school,you get your first compeny issued truck and start driving for that company until you have enough money for your first truck of choice. Or like in other smaller games you have a part of the game that is called Driver academy,there you learn the basics. If you want,you can start from there and woork your way up;or you can go straight into the deep end and start driving like you did before. All i am saying;make that choice/option available.

Love the idea, after a lot of hours in both games I'm finally getting how to reverse a trailer... wish I learned this from day 1. Now I'm revisiting STDS and really enjoying it.Terg500 wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018 16:19 The driving school could also be a part of the tutorial that you can do when starting a new profile, so before even starting your first delivery you would first do challenges like in STDS. I would really like a truck driving school module in the game. I would also be willing to pay for it (DLC).
