Alaska can't get added until Yukon is announced. There is no road connecting Alaska directly to BC.

No, Iowa team went into South Dakota and Missouri team went into Illinois.

Missouri came out on April 2, and Illinois announced in early February.

Doesn't matter when Missouri released or when Illinois got announce. Missouri was delayed for a particular reason. That doesn't mean the map team can't move on to their next project while things got worked out.
