Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next

Alaska would be a massive undertaking next to BC, but makes sense to be possible/would be really exciting too.

More realistically, ND makes sense. But I was wrong about that when they announced Indiana.

What'd I'd prefer? Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Michigan. I feel like it'd be weird to go much further south/east without finishing the Midwest.

I'm now suddenly wishing Eastern states were released in sizes equivalent to provinces in Canada

With ND soft-teased today…

My dream scenario is that the SD/ND team moves to Minnesota once ND is released, and that the team currently working on Indiana goes to Wisconsin next.

That way, by the end of 2028…not only will the I-90/I-94 gap be filled in, but we will have every state west of the Mississippi River available.

^Looks like you and I have some threads to update now lol. I'm not sure the Indiana team moves North. I think we'll just have to continue being patient. Kinda makes more since for the Indiana team to go Kentucky or KY+TN. We still don't know if the BC team will come back to the South or if a new team develops. Either way, the South picks up with MS and AL or MS+AL. KY and TN must release before MS and AL or we'll have a nastier gap there. That gap is worse than the Wisconsin gap imho. Its a tad easier to travel from Minnesota over to Illinois/Indiana than it is to go from Mississippi/Alabama up to Illinois/Indiana.

This next poll is pretty easy for me. With Indiana in the mix, I'd rather see SCS build North to South. So I can't root for Mississippi nor Alabama. MN, KY, TN for me. But this is rooting for a KY+TN combo. Not sure if the IN team does a combo if IN+OH didn't happen. MN, KY, MS could even be the route just as it could be MN, KY, Alberta.

I’m kind of with you. I hope ND team goes to MN afterwards, IN team tackles the KY+TN combo (both of those states would be terrible on their own) and BC team moves to AB.
Variety is the spice of life, so even if the gap in the north remains for a little longer, I’d rather see it alternated with a different region of the US.

I see the Indiana team moving to Kentucky or Kentucky+Tennessee. North Dakota would then go to Minnesota. Even if Kentucky and Tennessee come separately, Tennessee would come before Wisconsin just due to the order in which the teams move.

The wildcard is still the BC team, whether they move east to Alberta or go back to the south with Mississippi.

IN to KY+TN, that is my wish too. If those done by 1 team.
If IN instead goes to Wisconsin , then SCS will later do what they have been trying to avoid. Map teams on top of each other, working on same sectors/grids.

Since we're getting my state of Indiana, I don't care where they go next. But if I had to pick I say Minnesota and Wisconsin to finish out the upper midwest and the Indiana team move to Kentucky and/or Tennessse but a KY/TN bundle makes more sense.

Yeah this one is a pretty obvious Minnesota, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

If Kentucky and Tennessee are one DLC, I'm pretty much fine with the third team going anywhere reasonable. Getting a head start on Alberta would be nice, or they could let it simmer a bit and collect Canadian feedback from BC while doing Mississippi between them... or they could help knock out Wisconsin so that part of the US is fully caught up. I'm fine with any of those outcomes.
