Make sure you've all downloaded the same version. Make sure the file name is the same, ie mod.scs and mod(1).scs might be the same mod, but the name difference will cause convoy to fail.

Looks like with the latest ETS2 patch this mod stopped working.

I switched back to v1.41 seems like that one is working.

He will know it already... SCS releases a new update in this case 1.46 and this kind of websites upload fake updates of the mods. Just dont download anything from these and do it only from Steamworkshop and here from SCS Forum.
