Duplicated Arizona welcome signs on I-40 [47562]

There are two Arizona welcome signs on Interstate 40. In real life, the welcome sign is by the rest area, so the first one of the signs below should be removed.

Hi guys,

To let you know this issue from 1.29 hasn't yet been fixed in beta patch for 1.31.

The bug is actually already fixed, but due to several reasons it couldn't be merged into current beta, so hopefully it will be in the next update.
