Airhorn not steering
Hello i dont know if that is bug or not but when i use the airhorn i cant steer...i can give gas or brake but not steering...

To your issue - I never experienced it. Will need more info about your game - up there you got exactly which files and what info.

My guess - you have a very old keyboard that only supports 2 keys pressed at the same time.
If you press horn + acceleration, you can't press right/left arrow too.
I encountered that issue more than 10 years ago when playing CMR 2005. It wasn't possible to play in split screen with keyboard only. One player had to use a gamepad, otherwise we were "blocking" each other. When I pressed W + A, my brother could only press arrow up but then my A wasn't working anymore, as only 2 keys pressed at the same time were registered. Maybe it was 3 keys but I don't really remember now.
Anyway, I think it's called "ghosting".
