i looked at galimims mod (and Eugenes), he has 4 GRS905, 8 GRSO905 and 8 GRSO925s, surly there should be one for that fits ?

All Eugene's gearboxes have 1400+ RPM in manual mode on 12 speed, I have tested all of existing gearboxes in this mod tonight

this is strange because the reardiff on all is different, i dont think the game changes any logic of it when switched between manual or auto ?

The problem may lie in the gear ratios on the level of gearbox code settings. When you shift gears in manual mode, all gears in Eugenes mod become too short and as a result the gearbox does not have enough range.
The best result - 1450 RPM (gearbox with 0.8 ratio for the highest gear and diff ratio 2.59).
The logic of manual and automatic modes may differ in how the game perceives the "half" of the gear when using the splitter. This issue exists for Scania 12 gears and Scania 12+2 gears modes.

Do you realise, that in real world difference between "manual" and "automatic" is just the ECU that changes gears?

If your problem is 1450 rpm at 80 km/h, then you are using wrong gearbox with wrong axle ratio.

I personally drive Scania S500 with GRS905 2,71 differential. at 80 km/h rpms are at 1100. It is the same gear box as default GRS905R with one difference, it has 2 crawler gears

So i don't get what is the problem here?

Also, for "manual transmission experience" P G and R sereies have GR875 and GR905 gearboxes, which are manual IRL

Is there a way to stop the game from crashing from picking the wrong chassis for Scania S, as I always crash when I choose type 1 or 2 or the V8 variant of it, if I choose wrongly.

@Taburetka_ did you try Galimins new SUPER engines ? I drive with 460S - super - it´s separately engines, with new transmissions for those engines and 12+1 speed trasmission with overdrive ration (3.08) have at 80km/h OD speed, torques is in this at 80 bellow 1000rpm (also tires do the small difference) wich michelin pack and usual tires my Scania have 950 rpm on 80km/h. I play with realistic economy modes so for me is consumption crucial aspect for truck
