Game crashes when crossing Polish-German border [MOD]

The game crashes when crossing border between Poland and Germany on both A2 and A18. Also happens when using camera 0. Game.log attached.

Tons of active mods that are throwing up errors.

Reporting bugs is possible only from clean profiles. Your is full of mods.
Fluent in a few languages, sarcasm and irony included. /truth on - currently overloaded, sorry for not answering your PMs - will do so once I got some time
