I hope that Setra or Van Hool buses will appear in this ETS2 coach project.

For cars and trucks it makes sense because with one truck you can deliver multiple vehicles at once. Not so much with coaches. Because you need a truck for each coach. So either send out an empty truck to pick up a coach, for example from Lithuania to pick up a coach in Turkey, or have one go back empty after the delivery. And going empty, especially for a few thousand kilometers or more isn't economically viable.

Then you just pick up a used one that some company in Turkey wants to buy from elsewhere :)) used coach/bus market lives on

But agreed on the low profitability, and low probability of it.
Cuz large companies I believe would rather buy a fleet, rather than a single vehicle.

Yes, like this week there were three coaches delivered. So it would require three trucks. So it would be even less economically viable.
Now a few years ago when the company bought a fleet of Temsa MD9 LE buses, they were delivered by trucks, because two of those could fit on one trailer. So it made sense.

I'm noticing more and more new bus stops appearing across the DLC maps, and there are a lot of them. I think they will also be used in the Coach DLC. There may be both non-stop routes between cities and routes with intermediate stops.

It can be easier and cheaper to hire a truck driver with a lowbed, who can then just go to haul other cargo, than to hire a bus driver to deliver a coach and then have them return back. I don't think there are many people with D category who just do random bus deliveries. Definitely much much less common than a truck driver with C+E and a lowbed or a company that does these jobs. And one must have a driving license with D category to drive a bus or a coach even if it's one-off and you don't have any passengers.

There are companies who provide drivers for tasks like this. Also in some cases coach manufacturers themselves provide drivers. Delivering one coach might not be that bad, but what if it's more than that? What if 3, 5, 10 or more coaches would need to be delivered at the same time? You'd need an armada of trucks for that.

Another benefit of the coach being driven, rather than delivered by a truck is that it allows to complete the break in period, and the coach can be fully operational immediately after delivery.

Having a bigger number of bus stops is of course potentially good for gameplay, but they simply make the map look more realistic too even if they’re not used at all. AI buses/coaches servicing them [as well], and be it just as a static/roadside event, would be the icing on the cake…

The bus stops will be functional, as we've already seen in some screenshots, like here for example in the Coaches: Passenger Satisfaction blog:

That's called a "transport company". There are many of those that are big enough to provide 10 trucks with lowbeds and drivers. Buses can be also hauled by trains, by the way.
