Confusing traffic lights at St Francis Dr/Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe

- description of bug:

The leftmost horizontal traffic light should be removed and the signs moved to the right of the remaining traffic light (the same design used for one of the crossing directions – see below). The same goes for the traffic light in the other direction.
An alternative is to replace the leftmost horizontal traffic light with a left-turn arrow.
