New Mexico World of Trucks License Plates [FIXED]

I'm not sure is the belongs on the ATS forum or the World of Trucks forum, but the New Mexico World of Trucks license plates seem to be incorrect. The text is supposed to be red, not black. The text is also in the wrong spot. The text should be centered with the red circle that is in the centre of the upper half of the plate.

Date of bug report: 12/2/2017 10:22 AM EST (I did notice this bug a few weeks ago, but I waited to report it to see if it would be fixed.)
Game version: 1.29.1.1s Full Release
Mods used: None, clean mod folder
This bug is always reproducible.

This bug has returned in ATS v1.30.0.1s with the World of Trucks New Mexico and World of Trucks Arizona license plates.
