[Peterbilt 389] Engine bug [NOT A BUG]

Hi, I've found a bug in which, with the same engine (Cummins ISX15 550), the Peterbilt 389 only revs up to 1500rpm but the Kenworth W900 revs up normaly (to 2500rpm).

The ISX15-550 engine file is exactly the same for both of those trucks.
RPM limit is 2000
idle RPM limit is 1600

got any mods?

I have but I've just tried it with all the mods disabled and it still dosen't revs like the W900
