Annoying sky texture change [KNOWN]

During playing the game there is sudden change of sky texture. It's very annoying. Also After rain fall after rain stop to drop outside is darker and suddenly there is bright again.

Thanks for your report, we know about this issue, but it's quite difficult to catch.

In my opinion this issue has at places with climate change and time for sun_profiles change.
I still don't know how to catch it in game now...
