trucks falling through manager screen after shop upgrade

don't know how to word that title properly so sorry about that. I would like to note this is the most recent update, the one required for the WOT event

the bug is, after I bought an upgrade for the Albuquerque shop to make it a large, the trucks in the preview screens would fall downwards through the bottom of the picture. if i could record the gameplay with my controller (like other games), i would post that. I skipped the cutscene and never left the manager screen.

Update: seems my truck is unresponsive after I i click drive. and my personal truck was falling through the menu background as well
Update number 2: my truck seems to be falling through the ground after i went to a repair shop, into the select screen (or the menu screen) then back out
