[REL] Profile Jumpstart Pro: Cash & XP Boost [1.27–1.60]

I’ve created a mod to get a new profile up and running quickly and easily, or to boost money and level on any profile quickly and easily. I originally created it to be used with new profiles for development, testing, or similar purposes, but it can of course be used with any profile, at any time, for any purpose. Perhaps you’ve lost an old high-level profile and don’t feel like grinding through the low levels all over again?

New! The mod originally worked only by boosting money and XP in existing profiles, through doing a job with manual parking, but the mod can now also boost new profiles immediately, without any manual parking, also unlocking functionality, truck dealers, recruitment agencies, and garages. The mod has been renamed ‘pro’ to reflect this major new functionality.

How to use with an existing profile: Activate this mod in the mod manager with highest priority (top of the list). Finish any one job with manual parking. Note that this can be any job, but you have to use one of the manual parking options. This will give you €25,000,000 and enough XP to unlock all skill points. After this, you can deactivate this mod. The game will complain about missing mods at next start-up, but this can be safely ignored.

How to use with a new profile: When creating the new profile (career), activate this mod in the mod manager with highest priority (top of the list). Note that this must be done at profile creation, before loading the profile for the first time. Start the game and finish the mandatory first job (you can use console commands). You can skip the tutorial and the manual parking. After this, you will have all skills, €50,000,000, and access to most functionality, as well as own all garages fully upgraded and have access to all truck dealers and recruitment agencies in the base-game areas. All cities in these areas with a garage, truck dealer, or recruitment agency will be discovered and allow quick travel. (If you do not want this, activate the mod after profile creation, and follow the instructions for use with an existing profile.) Buy yourself a truck. After this, you can deactivate this mod. The game will complain about missing mods at next start-up, but this can be safely ignored.

Additional functionality: While this mod is active, all jobs pay a minimum of €25,000,000, all manual parking options give 140,500 XP, the number of trucks required for online truck purchases is zero, garage-purchase and upgrading costs, driver hiring costs, and towing, refuelling and recharging times and costs are zero, truck refunds and garage fuel discounts are 100%, penalties for abandoned jobs and damaged cargo are eliminated, and delivery windows are doubled.

Please note: Using this mod may help unlock certain achievements that are meant to be a challenge.

The mod currently includes versions compatible with game versions 1.27–1.60. The ‘pro’ functionality for new profiles is currently available from game version 1.47.

Since the 1.31 updates my uploader refuses to validate properly. There will of course unfortunately be no updates until this has been fixed.

The SCS Workshop Uploader received an update and the problems seem to have been fixed. New versions are available, happy trucking!

There is a version of this mod for the 1.32 open beta, but until the SCS Uploader is updated to work with 1.32, the new versions will only be available as manual-install mods through ShareMods, not as subscribed mods through the Steam Workshop. I.e. if you need this mod for 1.32 while it is still in beta, please download and install the 1.32 version manually. See the first post!

There was a small but critical error in the versions for 1.31 and 1.32 I uploaded to ShareMods recently. I apologize. If you already downloaded versions 3.1 or 4.0 of the mod, please discard that package and download the new one (versions 3.2 or 4.1).
