It has to do with the wiper and rain animation I believe. Should they do it, they have to do the windshield from scratch. Maybe with Pinnacle around, there some chance.

But even before that, I would like them to fix that awful sound of the Anthem. It’s so loud that I’m sure if I’m driving an Anthem or 1000.

Exactly. If SCS makes split windshield for Pinnacle then they can implement it for the Anthem as well. But it has to come either way. Maybe slightly harder to implement but it's a missing content anyway.

About sounds.... Well I cannot play the game without Kriechbaum sound mod. I have 0 hope from SCS about truck sounds. They even shouldn't bother to record sounds. If someone created fabricated random truck sounds it'll be way better than SCS's truck sounds.

Maybe I'm criticizing too harsh but truck sound is a problem for years and nobody cares about it. In the last 57X stream with Western Star marketing department they said "do you want to hear the truck?" Then they started the engine . Hideous engine sound comes and they said "WOW" in the stream. It reminds me that Blizzard introduced Diablo Immortal .

Even when the recording is good (9900i eagle), mods are still needed to get a (in my opinion) proper mixing.

I'm just so use to using Kreich's mods that I have zero issues continuing. Its a given that sound isn't the strongest at SCS so the alternate works for many of us. But for people that don't use mods, they are kind of in a pickle. The sounds have gotten a tad better since Fmod but still not to the point where it as enjoyable as sound mods.

For the next ATS truck this year, I hope it's Daimler's Freightliner 122SD

Daimler has updated the interior of the M2-106, M2-112, 108SD and 114SD at Freightliner with a new Cascadia interior, I think Daimler should also be preparing the interior of the 122SD at the end of this year or next year. Updated to be the same as Cascadia
