The truck I want to see this year at ATS is the Freightliner Coronado

That blanket assumption no longer really applies since the 9900. Given that truck was recently out of production but none the less. Just proves you never really know. I would like any freightliner or volvo at this point simply for diversity (volvo for a quality option). Not much otr options with either company now though without non production trucks.

They got the license for the 9900i when it was still in production and if the WS 5700XE ever gets released it will also be because SCS got the license when it was still in production, SCS has not given any indication of adding out of production trucks.

I mean I would be more than happy with the 122. But ya that all seems to make sense. I know its been dragged through the mud but I am still curious about the old cascadia as they seemed to have at least been in the works with the license. Some companies I assume are more willing than others. Daimler I feel might be a stickler for the current gen fuel saving aero trucks being advertised. Like I said though, who knows really. I just know I'll take anything, especially for free.

The 49x is cool and all but its the 122SD I want for HH. I can't even tell ya the last time I drove the 49x. I'd love to get a 34" sleeper 122SD 8x4 mid roof 18 spd. Its closer to classic style for me. That truck begs for a light bar pack though. I hope SCS makes a lighting dlc pretty soon. Not sure why we still don't have it for ATS yet. There's a mod that used ETS2's stuff but ATS needs it from SCS.

The 122SD is one of the older trucks still in production and we could loose it if SCS doesn't already have a license for it. Its really the only other Freightliner that we could get in the game right now. There are a few more options from WS when it comes to Daimler though. I still hope we get at least 2 models per brand though.

Lights DLC is some sort of a tuning pack and it's worth mentioning that there was a recent livestream interview with SiSL where he mentioned there's currently two of those packs in production... From what truck brand or accessories maker is still unknown but it's something worth keeping an eye out.

The downside tho is the time they usually take to release these types of DLC's... The last tuning pack before the T Pack was the FH DLC back in June 2020, which means we went through more than one year without any. And the even bigger downside (For ATS players) is that both W.I.P tuning packs could be for ETS2.

With all 7 brand in ATS now, it doesn't make a lot of sense for SCS to only bring tuning to only one game. Unless of course NA manufacturer's don't allow it. I don't see all 7 saying that though but heck who knows. If SiSl is making 2 packs, it makes since to be 1 of 2 things. 1) both for ATS considering there are zero now or 2) one for each game. At some point, the vehicle team needs to start racking in a lot more income than what they currently do to continuously add content. This means more paid dlc's. Preferable at least 1 every 6 months for both games perhaps.

Idk... I just don't expect seeing another Tuning Pack before mid-2023. And if one of them is for ATS, I think it could definitely be for the 389 or W900... Given how both are more custimizable than the others. (We also have that full painted fender for the 389 on the 2016 License blog that could be part of the pack as well).

Doubling back to Oscar's stream, I'd love for the truck that is coming next to be one on the is poll. It could be another marked off and we can get it reset.
