I don't think that is the finished product, I think in reality that is one the "test mule" for the homologation of the future 589, and they tried to disguised as an actual 389 to pass unnoticed on the public roads while is on the doing tests.

I'm expecting the real one to be a bit more diferent with some aerodinamic improvements, smaller air filters(even maybe interior filters and only chrome accents in the exterior like the w990), slightly slopped hood, and probably diferent desing headlamps, all to be a bit more efficient while conservating the 389 style.

Is not a test mule because they have built at least 5 of them, confirmed by people who work at the factory and have seen them, it will be just like that, maybe the air filters could change but i doubt very much they will change anything else, they want to keep it looking like a 389 but just a bit more modern.

@Trenero That's why the 579 exist though. You just completely redesigned the nature of classic.

I don't think they will change the air filters, the ones on the photo look way different than the ones on the current 389, but that maybe the poor picture quality. To me they look like either they're half round, or inset into the hood while the 389 ones stick out quite a bit.
I still think this 589 looks works, imo it looks very similar to a single-piece windshield 389. And since you now have the 389X with digidash, it won't be that different from a 579/589 digidash anyways.
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.

Love those air breathers and love that straight hood and miss the split.. but I can get along with the 589

I’m kinda with jdwarfer on this one. 589 is weird, especially when 567 is out there. Different target markets yes, but the design is much better. IMO, Slapping a power hood in 567 would have make a perfect 589.

A poll reset should include removing the 1st gen Cascadia from there.

Now that polls support more choice options (until 15), we should already think about what the new list will be.
