Next ATS truck speculation
Re: Next ATS truck speculation
Whatever the next truck is, I would like its release before Montana's. Last year, it worked well with the LT-Wyoming combo.
Re: Next ATS truck speculation
if the 57x is the next one, i doubt montana will come that soon, but if we have a in game presentation of the 57x it is likely that we might have a second truck towards the end of the year, if the timing is right it can come right before montana yes, but if i were to bet, in my opinion i would say 57x followed by montana, altough not emidiatly, and then a truck such as vnl or pinnacle between montana and texas, probably by the end of the year
trucks in ATS: 2018 Anthem, 2023 vnl, 5700xe, 9900i Eagle, 5x w900, 57x, 49x, 2019 Cascadia, 389 and t680 signature edition
trucks in ETS2: 2022 xf, fh16, r730, stralis hy-way, magnum, old actros, old fh16, old xf and old stralis

Re: Next ATS truck speculation
Since map team and vehicle teams are independent they are not effecting each other. So Montana release has nothing to do with 57X.
Re: Next ATS truck speculation
Exactly, only for coincidence if the timing leads to it, personally i suspect the 57x may come out this summer as a in game presentation like the 49x, due to the time they cancel the 5700 and the video in canada of something exclusive for the game, if that happens, there is a chance of getting another truck in the end of the year, probably december, i not as sure for the leads about montana, but i would say it would came in between but not close to any of the trucks if we actually are not that far from having the 57xand we still get something else by the end of the year, that i thimk it would the vnl due to being refered in the later sound posts in the blog, and being the only one missing from the older sound post where we had all the latest trucks to come out except the ws that was at te time a unexpected in game release of the real truck, so i think that except for the 57x the next really has to be the vnl
the 9900i was in the same sound post and we already didn't expect it, but if we remove the 49x, all the trucks that came out were from that post, thats why for me the next one is the vnl except any real life presentation with a truck in the game like is probable with the 57x

Re: Next ATS truck speculation
When do you think Daimler North America will release the new truck? Will it be in late September like the previous 49X?
Hopefully in the future America Truck Simulator will add these trucks: Freightliner 122SD/Century/Columbia/FLD/Cascadia/Coronado, Kenworth T800/T880/W990,Volvo VNX740, International HX520/ ProStar, and MACK Pinnacle, MACK Titan.
Re: Next ATS truck speculation
No telling. But there is a chance SCS does it for 1.45 if its a Summer thing and it sounds like that's what Daimler is targeting. 1.46 is probably our late fall or early Winter release.
Soooo, don't be surprised if it comes with or around the time Montana releases. But take my words with a grain of salt. I'm only speculating just like the next person would.

My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

The test models seem to have disappeared from the road, so I assume they are getting close.

The 1.45 open test of American Truck Simulator has arrived, I think Daimler North America should choose to release the new car in early August, like the 49X

Test models have disappeared from the road, because they all have been recalled. As they are now, they pose serious danger to other road users with parts literally falling off of them...seriousmods wrote: ↑24 Jun 2022 20:22 The test models seem to have disappeared from the road, so I assume they are getting close.
I hope WS can get their stuff back together, otherwise we may not see the 57X this year.
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.
