Are there any useful hints how to get a picture into the Editors Pick? I´m trying this for almost 3 years now but it´s like playing in a lottery (and i don´t think that my pics are that bad that none of them doesn´t deserve it to show up there).
How does the Editor choose them? Does he/she look at the newest or does the pic needs to be uploaded right at the moment the Editor comes online to choose the pics for that specific day, or do the pics need at least a hundred likes already?
