Why not releasing a full 1.44 version?

FIX1 version is a 1.44 fix version of 2nd Open Beta (often named as 2.0 OB).

The next one, meaning new 3rd Open Beta is not ready yet and we are unable to say when it'll be ready apart from that one quite popular, obvious statement - it'll be reay when ready ; - )

We did the same operation while releasing FIX1 version for 1st Open Beta (1.0 OB) some time ago when 1st Open Beta was our then-current version... meaning that releasing such a FIX version is not nothing new for us.

"beta" and "fix" confuse people, including me. Is not simple to have a PDAM 1.44? Beta 2 or 1, or fix for beta 2.0 or....i am sure is making sense for you but when it comes to map combos people are not that experienced to tell the difference and use the corect file. My opinion, sugestion or however you want to call it. "positive criticism"

Nonetheless the main thing with the term "Open Beta" name is connected to our stance stating that there can still be bugs, errors or problems and that we are open for cooperation with players to correct these mistakes and take care of these problems (like that one thing 1.44 fonts' changes that were the main reason to release a fix with our fonts corrected).

All in all, apart from the term "Open Beta", our versions' names go simply like that: 1.0, 1.0 FIX1, 2.0, 2.0 FIX1 (current)

They must be missing 1.44-re-uploaded UI European signs' overlays... since the very beginning we've been adding our Polish signs (like S2/S12/S17/S79 etc.), because of that our early knowledge (or rather lack of it) we used complete folder possesing them and inside it there are also E77/E67 etc. European signs' overlays that were added to the GPS map in 1.44...

We'd forgotten to double-check it before we released 1.44 FIX1 and we are deeply sorry for that. : - /
