Can't access full game, pls help

Hi there
I have following problem, when I want to activate the digital version of GTS, there opens a frame before asking me if I already paid?. After i clik it, there opens another frame asking me to enter E-mail and activation key... but there misses the Activate Now button , that's why i can't get access to Full game. Pls give me a hint how i can solve this.
When I open the HTML in an Firefox browser, everything works properly but it is just a picture. Do i have to update anything so that the game reminder can open the HTM with proper GIF's?
