Re: ATS research needed
So, where do I go if there are any inaccuracies in the current game world? Do I go here? Or is there another forum where I can point out the problematic inaccuracies?

Global Problems? I'd probably say Game Localization. For issues that you see forth coming, it's could be okay here.

@Panognia2000. I wasn't even thinking bugs, lol. Yeah if it is a bug, make a bug report for sure. Don't post it here nor Game Localization. Your question is pretty vague as you need to be a little more specific.

I just seen the oil transportation conversation.
Back when we had an oil industry in Arkansas, it was primarily moved by trucks to the nearest city to be loaded onto train.
After the mass amounts of earthquakes caused some years back, though, the industry moved out.

Damn, I wish you directed me to a topic that is already there (as in a link). And in case you wondering, no, I'm not talking about bugs, just inaccuracies with the game in general.flight50 wrote: 14 Jan 2019 13:10 @Panognia2000. I wasn't even thinking bugs, lol. Theoretically, an inaccuracy is a bug. But post it here and we'll see what to do with it.
Never argue with idiots. They bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Re: ATS research needed
@Pangonia2000. Well, I will tell you one that I posted here in Game Localization. I once stated that SCS should stop using yield signs coming out of prefabs that border a street. In the US, the street always has the right of way so we don't use stop signs nor yield signs coming out of prefabs. Ex. Gas stations, fast food restaurants, car wash. Anything boarding a street does not get sign as it is a given here in the US. This issue is Global thru out ATS. It's not a bug for say but it is inaccurate. It's more or less wrong procedure.

Re: ATS research needed
I was under the impression that Game Localization was supposed to be for translation issues, i.e. text issues.
Issues that don't pertain to text would either go in Bugs or Feature Wishlist/Suggestions. In theory this should be based on whether or not the issue is a technical/graphical mistake, or something that should be added/changed. In practice I think the distinction is probably something closer to "how much development time would this take", considering that a good chunk of suggestions involve fixing inaccuracies.

To be honest, I have no idea what the heck is considered Game Localization, lol. I figure text/translation issues are bugs.
