Re: [REL] Daniels ETS2 Random Events
I didn't come across this by accident, I removed the modifications one by one and checked if the problem was still there, and it turned out to be two modifications, TRANS-ALL Garage D-Deck mod and Daniels Random Events, other modifications don't do this, of course I don't use both anymore, I found the problem on the map "RusMap" 2.55

Re: [REL] Daniels ETS2 Random Events
Gentlemen, I don't do anything randomly, I go after the problem purposefully until I find out where the problem is, I've been playing ETS2 since the game came out, I'm not a modder but I can put together the modifications, how they should go together, I started with ETS the first game that came out and I'm continuing with ETS2, I'm not a novice in this game, I'll edit a small mod myself here and there, but I don't enjoy digging around, I'll just play it anyway.

Friend, I didn't mention anything by accident, I understand that you are using the base map and in that case you are not solving anything, I just wrote that there was a problem and I figured it out by gradually adding individual modifications. Otherwise, the problem was successfully solved and the SibirMap Pink fix was released.AleksaVP wrote: 09 Aug 2025 16:03 I don't understand how he came up with the idea that this mod is causing this to happen or did he just randomly say this mod here.![]()

Re: [REL] Daniels ETS2 Random Events
Trucker55's statements are correct. Random Events mod is very special by its structure but in it's part it's a map mod too, and thus there is nothing surprising it might conflict with the other map mods.
Especially in his case with such a huge map combo, I had such experiences many years ago also, and those mod builds are really "vulnerable" and catch bugs from amazingly unexpected sides (from my own experience once again).
Installing tons of various fixes there is a normal operation too
(As well as waiting for them to be done and released...)

Thanks, but as I wrote, it's already been resolved

Re: [REL] Daniels ETS2 Random Events
If it isn't from these SCS Forums, consider the file to be stolen and not properly updated.
The only correct version is the one linked on the first page of this thread.

Yeah thought so, danbywinby wasn´t around in a while. Found it weird that it pops up there. Time to nuke that version then.

Hey @danbywinby in future updates could you give link to packed your two mods (base and more bumpy) as one mod? Its very helpful for players who driving in convoy mode what is limited to 100 mods. Thank you!

@Werpet Daniel isn't actively updating this mod. At best he 'might' make a fix for a critical issue.
He's given permission for someone else to take it over, but so far no one has been interested.
