So do I. But still 2 important things are missing. SLC background mountains looking and the HUGE gap in south east. Maybe they cannot add new roads but they really should change the hidous lifted ground textured thing behind SLC.

Maybe they will fix the mountain range once SCS is done with Montana and has people experienced at modelling mountains available. I think it has a fairly low priority for the mappers.

Addition of new roads should go to other states that need it more instead. A connection between Colville and Sandpoint, or the US-24 from Colorado Springs to Limon for example.

US 14 in Wyoming and UT-95 + UT-12 with Hanksville is more important than those roads.

UT-95 + UT-12 with Hanksville, well if a delivery point within that area, yeah, it would be more important than US-14, west of Cody.
But Colville and Sandpoint connection? top on the list of all 3.

I have to agree with Shiva. With Montana coming, we definitely need Colville to Sandpoint as its of equal importance. I still don't know why we didn't get that with Idaho. Idaho should have been delayed just like Wyoming's YS to get that road in. There shouldn't have been a rush. Now its critical and they must throw all that in with Montana. There is already a ton to do with Montana as its a pretty spread out state as is with several road connections already to make. Now the plus side now is that the map team is much larger than when Idaho came. So we'll see.

Cody/US-14 is equal with UT-95/UT-24/UT-12 and Colville to Sandpoint imho. All create gaps. All have the space. The West has space for more roads as long as mountain models are not the issue. Soon we won't have these beautiful mountain views to drive as SCS pushes more East into the GPs. So doubling back for a lot of these extra roads will keep those older state relevant as people will still travel them. I'm still a backroads guy. I love the diversity in scenery and traffic laws to bid by. Interstates puts me to sleep to fast.

My bad if this is old news, but I noticed a little gray spot on my map on US-191.
Upon further investigation, I found this intersection that conveniently would allow you to go over to the area of Utah that hasn't been mapped, and that people love to complain about. :D

Is this a new addition, or has this been in the game for a while now?

Its not new actually. It has been there for awhile. I noticed it some time ago..like last Summer. I don't know exactly how long its been there though. But yes UT-95 to UT-24 to UT-12 would be nice. Its really for scenic and short cut purposes that double as detour options. I'd actually make Torrey marked instead but give Hanksville like a gas station delivery or something. There are 1-2 depots that Torry could get. It could be like Clifton Arizona was.

I don't know if it would function as a shortcut, the area seems really mountainous. But yeah, it would be a nice scenic drive, which SCS has shown to appreciate as well. There doesn't need to be a marked town imo, but it would be nice to have a scenic town with a gas station.

I noticed that a lot of instances of that intersection prefab turned grey on my map a few updates ago. I don't know what the under the hood changes were, but the visual change I noticed is that they changed from being straight on the map to having that weird curvature to them. In the actual game world, they seem to be the same though.

If they don't mark Torrey nor Hanksville, its not worth the effort. That is a ton of work just to be scenic. As mentioned, it would be like Clifton when they added it. A road that scenic has to have benefits to it. Either 1-2 depots or nothing at all. It does fill a gap but it needs to benefit the economy. There isn't a ton there but there are a few things that could come on that route. The shortcut is more for the scenic lovers, but it could be a nice detour from St. George, Cedar City, Las Vegas and Pioche to Farmington, Montrose, Durango or Alamosa. US-160 nor US-64 are interstates either as they too are scenic for the most part.

I'd gladly take Southern Utah vs I-70 and then cut down or taking I-40 and go North to either of those cities mentioned above. Different strokes for different folks.
