Another point of interest in Andalusia is near Lucena, in the province of Cordoba. It is the largest chair in Spain, registered in the Guinness World Records book in 2006.
It can be seen perfectly from the A-45 road, which connects Malaga with Códoba.

Re: Spain pre-research tips
Regarding the Madel message about main logistic corridors, it has to be noticed that Zaragoza city has become the main logistic hub on Spain.
It's the fifth city by population on Spain, but its logistic relevance is not only due the economic activity on its influence area but the fact that Zaragoza is in the middle of almost every big logistic route on Spain.
The city is in the middle of the Madrid-Barcelona route, that also is the door to to the Mediterranean corridor for Portugal an all the interior zones of Spain. The city is also in the middle of an important route for the cargoes that go from Mediterranean Spanish coast to the Atlantic corridor. It's located in the middle of the biggest industrial zones of Spain too, and it's a hub of the main railway lines of the country. Last but not least, its airport is one of prime order but it's not too crowded with touristic flights like Madrid or Barcelona, so it has lot of room to freight flights, becoming the second airport in freight volume of the whole country.
All of this makes that lots of the most important logistic companies have yards and facilities on the Zaragoza's area of influence and the transit volume of trucks is very high there.

Re: Spain pre-research tips
I've noticed on France and Italy zones of the map that, sometimes, the cables of an power or communications line cross over a highway.
I don't know if that has been done on purpose (following data gathered from those countries) or modeled as "random scenery" trying to give more detail to the scene.
Whatever it could be, and as far as I know, that's an absolutely NO on Spain. Only very high voltage main power lines (the ones on really BIG towers) can cross over highways or similar roads. Any other kind of service line that must cross a main road should do it through pipes on the underground or attached to bridges over the road.

Re: Spain pre-research tips
Madel has forget a little but very important detail about that N-330 route.
Just after the tunnel entrance (so, if you continue on the old road, just a few hundred meters) there's the international Canfranc railway station: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estaci%C3 ... e_Canfranc
When it was opened, it was the second biggest train station on all Europe (only Leipzig one was bigger), but it was constructed in the middle of one of the harsh points of the Pyrenees not in the middle of a big city. Only to keep the station safe from snow avalanches, 8 MILLION pine tress were planted on the surrounding mountains. It was, in any terms, a colossal work on those times, made in full collaboration with french government.
The station was witness of very important successes of Europe on the first half of the past century; due their strategic location and what happened in both sides of the Spanish-French border on those times of wars. But also those events were the reason of the progressive abandon of the railway line (once France was freed after the WWII and here we stay with a fascist tyranny for 3 decades more). Finally an accident on the French side of the line on 1970 cut the international connection and it's still not opened again.
It's truly a magnificent building even in their actual semi-abandoned look (though several projects to bring it alive had been done). It could be very nice from SCS if they could add it to the scenery even if for that they should have to fake a bit it's location in relation to the Somport tunnel. Until the line could connect again the two countries, an high advanced physics laboratory occupies the interior of the tunnel, profiting from it being very deep rooted on the massive mountains of the zone.
About the Riflemen Tower (Torre de Fusileros) that Madel has posted two images, say that it's a very distinctive building because that kind of architectural traits and look is very rare on the Iberian Peninsula, there are just a few other similar buildings and not all of them in such a very good state of conservation.
And the A23 highway (that he mentions from Jaca to Zaragoza) it really goes from Sagunto (Mediterranean coast, near Valencia) to Jaca, an it deserves it's own complete report. Because it's the highway with the hardest road profile for heavy vehicles, going trough some of the harsh parts of the Pre-Pyreness and Pyreness mountain ranges (one of the reasons some parts are still under construction, I think, because some others were recently opened and I don't know if they were all that were left).
Regards

Guadarrama Tunnel (AP-6)
This tunnel connects Madrid with Castilla y León. The funny thing about this tunnel is that it has a third route (the purple one) that can change the direction of the traffic (east or west) depending on the state of the traffic or if there are road works in one of the two remaining tunnels. Note that some roadsigns are duplicated facing each direction of the road.
