@mohegan13 That was probably when they added a new part of road in Arizona, Can.t rember the route name, but it has a roundabout

SteamDB update: Washington updated, but only to add store tags. WashCon (Washington Condition) remains at level 3.

DLCCon levels: 5 (DLC not announced or is hinted at), 4 (DLC announced), 3 (Steam Store page up), 2 (release date announced), 1 (DLC released).

@heroictrucker, that's correct, although it was added before New Mexico. The roundabout was added not long before Oregon, IIRC. SCS can be sneaky, updating little bits of road across the map.

@joschac2, yep, this is the DLCCon (DLC Condition) status system. The military stole my idea and turned it into the DefCon Warning System.

@flight50, interesting theory about the lack of blue activity here lately. ;)

The blues are the beta testers, and their lack of activity here implies that they're busy testing new content for bugs, which, if I'm not mistaken, tends to happen in the late stages of game development.

Or that's what people are hoping it implies. I personally suspect we're probably a bit early in the calendar for that (not that I know any better than anyone else just trying to keep my expectations in check).

Of course the blues can't tell us anything until embargoes are lifted (if there are any). From time to time, they might try to steer us away from the idea of them not testing or mislead us but I have. I always notice when blue post are down. Sometimes they just aren't on here though as whether something is going on or not. Either way, the theory is just my assumption and doesn't necessarily mean it right. But it sure does make you think. The easiest thing for them to do when testing, is to not post anything, lol. I know they be reading and it burns them to know but can't talk, lol. It's talk and get the boot from blue or continue testing and just hush.
