If the radio sound is generated by the in-game radio no, there's no possibility you could separate both channels. You can only achieve that by listening the radio on external programs in the background.

Have to re-open this issue...
I am unable to change my audio device within the game when using Voicemeeter Potato.
Voicemeeter Potato comes in handy when doing streams to separate the audio into different virtual audio devices and is commonly used by the streaming community.
However, within ETS2 I am not able to switch to a different audio device except the one that is used as the Windows default.
My current workaround is to switch the default device before starting ETS2 and after launching the game switching back to the previous default.
Since there seems to be room for improvement, I'd like to see a fix for ETS2 to be able to choose whatever audio device (including virtual devices) I want to use and keeping this setting.
