Another topic we would like to collect information about through all the states is ENHANCED CONSPICUITY OF TRAFFIC SIGNS.

We would like to cover all the states from the list above.

We would like to know, how often are those noticeable traffic signs in use through the states. Are those something regular, or they are just used in some rural areas with frontage roads (for example)?

In case you have some examples, use Google maps street view (& another Google maps street view) from concrete place / state, please.
Once is done, each state will be crossed eventually.

The enhanced conspicuity for road signs is pretty much the same in all 50 states, so there is not much need to list it out for all the states. The most common are the supplemental beacons and the warning flags. For the beacons, there are typically two beacons. Sometimes they are both above the signs, and sometimes there is one below the sign an one above the sign. The beacons flash in the same pattern as the railroad crossing ones do. The red flags are usually temporary, and they are most often found on stop and speed limit signs. The example that you have for the reflective strip on the pole is not very common. Instead, they usually go the full length of the pole. They are typically used on warning signs which are yellow (Examples: Curve ahead, traffic signal ahead) and prohibitive regulatory signs which are red (Examples: Stop signs, yield signs, wrong way signs). The "NEW" plaque is only to be used when the sign is newly placed. This usually happens on the "Stop Sign Ahead" and "Traffic Signal Ahead" signs when a new traffic signal or stop sign installed or on a speed limit when the speed limit on a road has been raised or reduced. The "NOTICE" plaque is just to draw attention to the sign. It serves the same purpose as when a moderator writes "Notice:" when they write in green text. A fluorescent orange plaque is also used for the same purpose as the "NOTICE" plaque, but that is one of the old standards that is no longer used. The black and yellow striping around a sign is pretty self explanatory, but I haven't seen it in real-life, so I would say that it is quite rare.

I wish I could offer more help here, but I've only ever seen B and F in real life. Even then, I don't see very much of B; I tend only to see it on new signs and I think some construction zones.

F feels a little more common but I still don't see it frequently enough to have noticed a special pattern as to where and why it shows up.

@joschac2 That is not an example of enhanced conspicuity of a sign. That is an example of a blue motorist services sign that indicates what services are ahead. Enhanced conspicuity of a sign is somthing that draws attention to a warning sign or regulatory sign. Look at the examples from the MUTCD in the first post.

It is important to pay attention to what you are posting and what you are responding to in the research section because we don't want to give SCS wrong information.

I don't remember if the southern terminus of I-580 in Carson City in ATS has this, but when a freeway ends, at least to a signal, advisory signs have flashing yellow beacons. An example of this is at the northern terminus of I-35 in Duluth, MN: https://goo.gl/maps/R4N7uLVQinL2

This same applies to another warning sign further north, 500 feet from the signal.
