@Truckerklein actually what you have been told it's not exactly like that. In order to have the same cargoes of the Extreme for the K100 it is better to change the trailer_defs:
Open the following files of the mod located in def/vehicle/trailer_defs
knapen.k100.single_3.dryvan_m.sii
knapen.k100.single_3_lkw.dryvan_m.sii
knapen.k100.single_4.dryvan_m.sii
knapen.k100scan.single_3.dryvan_m.sii
knapen.k100scan.single_4.dryvan_m.sii
And change body_type from dryvan to knapen_ext. If you are using the full trailers addon it's the same process.

It seems for me that backlights of this trailers doesn't work proprely: when using 3rd person camera everything is ok from short distance but from long distance backlights seems to be dark, there are only glow effects from stops or left-right markers on the road but no glowing point on backlights model where those effects occur. Strangely enough sidelights works normally.
