[Oregon DLC] Alturas: US-395 route marker facing the wrong way [85294]

The confirmation assembly for US-395 SOUTH after the intersection in Alturas, CA faces the wrong way. The route number and label "SOUTH" are correct, but the entire sign assembly needs to be rotated 180 degrees so that it is in fact readable when heading south.

Always reproducible

The issue exists in 1.35.0.77s as well (vanilla, fresh profile). I'm choosing to report it in the 1.34 forum because it isn't new in 1.35.
