Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Just bought RttBS, now can somebody explain why there's short piece of road missing causing a huge detour? Is there city area unaccessible for trucks?
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
so that it takes you longer to go through and you don't get the feeling of the rather small scale of the game...yes it's ridiculous
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Until recently SCS wasn't making their way into city centers, and was sticking to outskirts instead.
But also, Cluj-Napoca city center is made of two one-way roads, separated from each other, that would take a lot of space to make it believable.
Have you seen Bucharest? It's the same.

@alluke 7,5ton limit on that shortest road. https://www.google.com/maps/@46.7510739 ... 384!8i8192
Semi trucks have to take that longer road.
@guilhem1 SCS depicted the legal route for semi trucks. As it was when they did the DLC.
I do wish that SCS would continue A3 to 1F "E81".
Târgu Mureş, has or had similar semi truck limits.
Bukarest? -> https://urbanaccessregulations.eu/count ... -bucharest

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Does anyone know what the "EDS" signs and lanes mean in Istanbul? Also, what do "OGS" and "HGS" mean? I assume HGS has something to do with high capacity vehicles (i.e. trucks).
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Electronic Monitoring System (Elektronik Denetleme Sistemi).
OGS/HGS are just different telepass systems (used together until recently, only HGS should remain now; no relation to vehicle class/weight/size/whatever).

Thanks. So are you supposed to be able to drive in the EDS lanes? They remind me of the poles over the right lane in ATS for the weigh stations.
