From what I gather, also by making a paint job without PJP or MS2, the left and right front pallet boxes for the Coollliner need a different paint job, but with other (Krone) trailers only one will work on both sides, atst the rear pallet boxes only use one paint job for both sides that will show in the right way (not mirrored)

imho it shouldn't be that way, but there are more SCS paintable parts that are mirrored.

However, I think the silos are using a square shaped uv template. So probably an a×a template would fit better than a 2a×a template. Otherwise, potential fonts would appear compressed.

Trailers are usually 4096x2048. I just briefly looked at v1.45 extracted files and you are correct, they should be 4096x4096. I'll redo them tomorrow.
