Great apreciated your work, @Carsmaniac .
It is greatly helping my ideas of paintjob for some ATS trucks.
Just a question/curiosity:
in ATS I would like to use, than the "whole truck" map, alike yours, the "alternative mode" (where basically only one side is painted, and automatically mirrored to the other), because I'm doing some heavy geometric patterns that became, always, a pain to "align" left side to right side.
Do you know any place where I can find them?

@Trucker_71
Maybe, becoming old (and I'm past the 40's), I'm starting becoming blind, also...
... but to be sure I downloaded both package, from both link provided in the first page, and I'm seeing only the "full UV" for all the trucks, with none of the alternative "half UV" (... pass me the terminology: I'm not native english and, at the moment, I have no better word to "explain" myself

Re: Complete pack of truck & trailer templates
My mistake, I was thinking of Overfloater's KW 100e templates, he has both types. The UV2_4k_cabxx.png templates have both sides of the cab.
The "complete pack" in this thread from what I can tell also has both sides of the cab in the template.

Re: Complete pack of truck & trailer templates [incl. 1.37 Food Tank]
Uploaded a new version with support for the Food Tank trailer in the new ATS 1.37 beta. Also has a fix for the ATS Box Trailer (thanks again for the heads up, Alarthon!)
And yeah CapitanoAraym I only included the templates that have both sides of the truck separated, as all of the paintjobs I make involve text, and that way the text isn't flipped on one side. That's actually the reason why so many of the ATS trucks use the alternate uvset. I would include both templates for each truck, but it'd make the pack even bigger which is a pain to upload. As it is, at 1 GB it already takes me about 2.5 hours to upload it to both ShareMods and Google Drive
(love me some Australian internet)

Thanks for the food tank templates! So updating my own mod I found out that this trailer is a bit special. It has the dolly chassis in the def files, so you can paint the fenders of it separately. Here is the template for the fenders.

Re: [ETS 2 & ATS] Complete pack of truck & trailer templates [incl. 1.37 SCS & Schwarzmüller Food Tank]
Just uploaded a new version with support for the Food Tank trailers in the ETS 2 1.37 beta, both the SCS one and the Schwarzmüller one.
And nice spot Alarthon, I totally missed that when I was making the last version. I didn't include it in the pack this time because the fenders are a pretty minor part that most people won't want to texture, maybe just change the colour if anything. Because they're a different resolution to any other parts I don't think it's worth making a separate PSD just for them. I just double-checked and because they're square they should fit perfectly on the 28 ft PSD. I won't put them in right now since I'd have to re-upload, and the pack took 4 hours to upload today
, but I'll include them in the next version

Re: [ETS 2 & ATS] Complete pack of truck & trailer templates
So I just noticed for the skin that I'm making for the Actros, the DLC pack uses the entire template.

So in order to get them painted the way i want to i would have to put a full colored layer above all of them to get the color i want which would defeat the purpose.

I do my skins by painting "under" the templates.

Re: [ETS 2 & ATS] Complete pack of truck & trailer templates
@KrisTrans I'd recommend layering your paintjob on top of the template, and lowering the opacity while you work on it. For example, a paintjob might look like this, but while I'm working on it in Photoshop it looks like this. I just take the base colour layer, and lower its opacity to 70%. Then you just set it back to 100% when you're finished, before you save.
Nevermind, I misunderstood your issue. When using tuning pack parts, paintjobs for the Actros use the accessory system, just like newer trucks like the Scania S or MAN TGX Euro 6. The parts from the pack use a different texture, and you need to make a separate file. If you don't make one, the game will just use the main truck texture and it'll look weird like yours does.
I see that you're using Mods Studio, I believe in that program you need to make what's called an "advanced paintjob", though I'm not 100% sure, as I don't use it.
