Sorry, but those diagonal straps on front and back, look funny, they are not supouse to be used like that, at least IRL. The mod overal is one to have.
And I'm not sure, if it's aloud to have those boxes higher or wider than the platform limits.

The straps positions are inspired by real life loadings, we even checked with RL truck drivers that are used to seeing those kind of loads and they confirmed to us that this type of straps position is valid.
Obviously, there can be other ways to strap such loads which are equally valid.
The flatrack containers are specifically designed to allow large loads to be used on them, to not have the same restrictions as a regular box container with walls.
It is very common to see wide/high loads on them. Obviously you still have to respect the local road regulations, which is why we didn't choose a box that expands too much beyond the actual container.
Also keep in mind that these are standard cube flatrack containers, they also exist in High Cube versions, which are 30cm taller, so we've plenty of margin.
Important information regarding the current mod version (V14) on Game version 1.47 : a crash has been detected when using the 45ft chassis. We are currently investigating to fix it for the next update.
If you don't want to risk anything, 2 solutions : either stay on 1.46 until this mod is updated, or don't use the mod on 1.47 until then.

the outside ones dont make much sense, especially how they are modeled they would just move and flap about, those ones are supposed to go over the front/back to hinder it from sliding front/back but how they are looking now is just plain wrong in a physical sense and also not really needed on this container because of the board walls

Just like Carl mentioned, those diagonal straps will go lose while in motion IRL. Trust me, I had to work on a curtainsider and was doing/undoing straps several times a day.
That is how straps are done properly, to prevent longitudinal motion, when the load is not flush against the wall

easiest solution, nail/screw another piece of wood at the front and back horizontally and then diagonally use a strap it down so it cant move in these directions
kinda like this but not with a euro pallet but an additional piece of wood mounted to the box

In my past load securement adventures, i've done what's pictured above in Carl's screen, have something in front or behind that a strap can be ran through, and secured under another strap that just goes across.
