Yes load order is correct but still crash. Previous version mod works good. So I'm waiting for Promods for 1.43 And Then I will update game and use Your mod for 1.43 without fix.

You probably have another mod conflicting.
Even if you don't use the fix for V11 on 1.42 there shouldn't be any crash.
Without your game.log file I can't help you.

First of all this is not a container, secondly Arnook stated before that there won't be additions made to already existing containers (the 45ft HC PW in that case)
