Yeah that's why they add the disclaimer at the bottom...wip

Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
Yeah, I remember the WIP Utah screens had the USAF flag instead of the Utah state flag; it was fixed on release.

Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
I'm not sure why but Idaho is my least favorite place to drive in the game. The game just don't do it justice even though its a quite recent DLC. Something about the roads and towns are just not interesting in the game. Anyone else find Idaho meh?
Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
I kind of feel that way too, and I think it has to do with the state's weird shape and road network, but that can't be helped. I think when Montana releases I'll like it more, since a lot of issues with the road network will be fixed.

Furthermore, I consider that I-80 across Nevada must be redone next.

Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
I think the towns in Idaho are fine, just the road network that's a bit lackluster. But like rbsanford said, it's kind of due to the state's shape, and will mostly be fixed when Montana releases.
Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
I do care about nature and scenic roads. So Idaho is a satisfying DLC for me. What Idaho is missing , it'll be ridiculous but potatoes prefabs and Missoula from the start. Except the Utah I'm happy with all DLC's in ATS. I can't say same thing for ETS2. It'll be off topic but except Scandinavia all DLC's are horrible.

Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
Scandinavia is quite horrible too, but Italy is quite good. But back on-topic: is the road network of Idaho good or not? It depends: are you using a profile with map mods like Montana Expansion, then Idaho is really good. But if you are using a vanilla profile, then the road network is a bit awkward. So, it depends...
Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
Idaho overall is a good dlc. It could have been great based on what it could have maxed out as without Montana. No ICC's, no US-2/WA-20 to Washington, no connection from Lewiston to I-84, No ID-21, ID-28, ID-3, Whitebird Hill not accurate ( lacks grade, no summit and wrong road type on hill (2+1 road irl), nothing exploiting potatoes and no US-195. Idaho was rushed and/or nit enough people on it.

Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
This DLC feels incomplete without ID-21 & Highway 17. Adding only these 2 roads would help avoid huge detours in central Idaho and provide much better experience for players. US-2/WA-20 will be important when Montana comes.
There is one thing I absolutely don't understand. Why Grangeville (population ~3200 people) has 8 depots? This is more than in San Francisco! And McCall (~3500 people) isn't even marked. Wouldn't it be more logical to make them both marked with about 3 depots each?

What's wrong with Italia?
Re: Idaho Discussion Thread
I think you are looking at it the wrong way around, San Francisco has only 5 depots, which is very little for such a big city. I think it's good that Grangeville has 8, and San Francisco should have a bunch more when it's reworked.
Wasn't there something concerning ID-21 being restricted for trucks? Otherwise I'd agree it would be nice to have. I could see ID-28 being an issue due to mountain models along US-93 that take up a lot of space.
