Nice idea. Please don't mind if I reject a few items of this list.

LB maybe used by a small minority of people of this forum, but is not a "Common SCS Forum Abbreviation". No way.

I have no clue how often US truckers use "RMD" for "Rocky Mountain Double", but this is not "forum slang". Same for "XING". Using such terms will result in confusion and nothing else. Let's hope most European forum members understand "XMAS".

I have used "STDS " myself for some years. Because it was so obvious. Until I heard somebody giggle, when he read it. So I asked Google, which let me stumble over links like "What Are STDs? | Sexually Transmitted Diseases Information".

The Suggestions from MattoCross and Deemer were added. I did not add New Mexico to the list because I'm not adding state or country abbreviations since there are so many of them.

@Reinhard While LB, RMD, and XING are not common forum abbreviations, they are used here by many people, and I've also seen many people ask what they mean, so I included those in the list. I've also seen meany people refer to Scania Truck Diving Simulator as "STDS," so it was added to the list too. The entire point of this list is to take the confusion out of abbreviations that people use. ;)
