SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Hello,
I just have a little question : the mod looks really great but I was wondering if a version for the base game only was planned or not ? Because I don't have all the maps DLCs and I'm not interested to buy them just to get the mod working. Maybe a version where we can select the DLCs we own to enable only these companies will be great.

what's going on with all those [external image] signs that make it impossible for me to download this mod? All that I get to when clicking the [external image] link to the download is I get taken to a picture of the sharemods logo.
Sorry for walls of texts, I often can't keep myself short...

Have you ever though about making a similar mod for map mod added companies? ProMods Middle East for ETS2 and Reforma for ATS are two examples of maps that add new fictional companies to the game. Just a suggestion though :)
