2. Download Mega Resources, Viva Mexico, Mexssimap, Mexico Reforma, and C2C.
3. Then you count to 3, launch American Truck Simulator, put those 5 mods in the manager, and you will have Extreme Trucker 3. Click the bottom button to agree, and create your profile.

It would be interesting, but 18 Wheels of Steel has been dead for almost a decade, and I highly doubt that they'll revive it, especially with what they're working on now.

Another recipe for extremism, as one @mickeybish1234 suggested doesn't work with no true heavy haul trucks:

- Buy the Pedal to the Metal or American Long Haul CD
- Download those crazy truck mods
- Download more mods
- Grind gears
