[WIP] The Green Goblin project - Maximum Overdrive
Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

[WIP] The Green Goblin project - Maximum Overdrive
Now this will be a mod for both ATS and ETS but im posting it here because its more relevant to the American scene.
I've had this idea to get this horror movie classic rolling down the roads of truck sim:

I've found a very good model for sale of the goblin head right here:
https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-model ... oblin-hood

Now its a matter of finding a fitting truck to plant it on since I cannot just model a Western Star 4800 out of the blue,The Kenworth W900A(old) is a likely candidate because it looks very similar, but a Peterbilt 379/389 can do just fine too, plenty of them around the mod sites. The trailer should be simple enough, just a paintjob for a vanilla trailer,Smarty's wheel pack should cover the wheels and it will be a wrap.
I will keep everyone updated here.

Re: The Green Goblin project - Maximum Overdrive
It does look a bit silly, eh? But maybe put a poll on which would be good truck for your silly goblin.
Re: The Green Goblin project - Maximum Overdrive
The Kenworth W900A should be the most logical choice,it looks the most similar in appearance to a 4800, *Discussion of paid mods will gt you banned* ,and the Peterbilt 389 modified is 1.08 gb is size so that`s a whole lot of bits your ram doesn't need.
The 389 would be easier to set up tho because it has many different front grill shapes, and it would be as simple as replacing one of them with the goblin head.In the W900A the whole truck model would have to be edited.

Re: [WIP] The Green Goblin project - Maximum Overdrive
I haven't released the project because I haven't received a response from the creator of the truck,I had intention for this to be a completely standalone pack, for this I must have access and permission to the truck itself and gut it of all unnecessary upgrades to reduce size as much as possible.
Best I can do now is give you the trailer skin,if anyone wants it.
