[FORUM GAME] Where is this? (Game instructions on page 1)

The 2020 tip is interesting. Colorado or Idaho, however the image brings characteristic closer to Idaho... Either it is there near Idaho Falls/Pocatello (I-15) or it is up there near Grangeville, Lewiston and Coeur d'Alene (US-95/I-90)
PS: I know that my guesses were a little vague (here or there) but it's just that the image really reminds me of these two areas that I mentioned between these cities.

Well it seems that nobody got it. Nautofon was the closet with his I-84 guess though. This is I-86 eastbound, passing the rest area to the west of Pocatello, Idaho.

I posted it on twitter, @Tarso and @supersobes have no idea where it is, a user appeared who gave a wrong guess so I think it might be a good place to get this topic moving again. Where is it? The tip is that it is not in Colorado.
