FMOD Discussion [ATS]

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

actually you shouldn't put stream on, it can cause a lot of sound problems
It seems to be alright, atleast to me, though at the same time, if I didn't have stream on, I am unable to hear audio.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me

Have you routed the horn audio to truck_noise in the mixer?

SlavJerry wrote: 27 Nov 2022 23:23 @Kameer yes you can, by use built-in distance parameter you can make interior sound audible only inside the truck width and exterior only outside the truck width. like this.

Removed image from quote - Rule 2.3
that's not how that works at all since the sound levels are effected by window position. it CAN be done but it's not that simple.

@serialblack yes I know, so simply just make the distance little bigger than the truck cab, and I done it like 3-4 times
I make mods

yeah that's pretty much it

Quote removed - Don't quote images - Rule 2.3

Thanks! I’ll experiment with it :)

<ERROR> [fmod] (31) An invalid parameter was passed to this function
it´s the Rumble stripe.....
If you activate the Rumble Stripe sound in the sound options, then the error occurs.
Having this same problem, it still happens unless I turn the rumble stripe sound off

@Kameer - The download links seem to download okay on Firefox. For other web browsers you can:
1. Right click the link
2. Copy the link address
3. Open a new tab
4. Paste the link address in the address bar
5. Change "http" in the link address to "https", and press Enter

I might just see if I can get them to update the links to https and see if that works for all browsers
